Ubuntu Outreach was founded by Chef Lumley in response to the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica. Witnessing the impact on communities, particularly in rural and hard-to-reach areas, he felt a responsibility to act.
Through donations and collective support, the initiative continues to assist those most affected while helping restore stability, dignity, and hope where it is needed most.
